Reinraum-Lautsprecher sollten von extrem hoher Qualität und Haltbarkeit, absolut wartungsfrei, auf verschiedene weisen einbaubar und in sich gekapselt sein, um jegliche Kontamination der cleanen Umgebungen durch die Akustik-System auszuschließen und verschiede Druckeinflüsse in Reinraumumgebung durchalten kann.
Eine typische Anwendung in solcher Umgebung ist die Begasung
mit H2O2 zum Desinfizieren. In diesen Fall ist es von enormer Wich-
tigkeit, dass das Lautsp rechermaterial eine exzellente chemische
Beständigkeit gegen H2O2 hat.
The presentation will focus on communication in cleanroom environment. The need of communication and challenges implementing that in such ambient, will be discussed.
Why communication is needed and how that can be implemented, will be also addressed.
The challenges will be explained, and required standard i.e. ISO 14644-1, ISO 4628-1 and VDI 2083 will be shortly highlighted covering the requirement for the addressed topic only.
A Loudspeaker element will be introduced, explaining the special requirements placing it in such ambient, further on air pressure, air clearness and material chemical resistance will be highlighted in reference to the above mentioned standard.
Finally the presentation will be closed with six applications example
