Air handling technology is an important factor in complying with hygiene requirements in cleanrooms. But what do air handling solutions need to look like in order to meet the highest hygiene standards and be very efficient in operation? Are these opposites or not? The aim of this lecture is to show which aspects need to be taken into account. This makes it clear that the sensible planning and design of air handling units leads to a solution that is both hygienic and efficient - for clean air conditions while conserving resources.
