Modern pharmaceutical plants are generally complex computerised systems. The requirements of computer/software validation in the qualification of modern pharmaceutical plants therefore deserve special attention. Based on a real project for the qualification of a roller compactor, the presentation will show which requirements must be met in the GxP-regulated environment, how such a system qualification is carried out, which documents are required and which CSV points must be paid particular attention to.
