Kontaminationskontrolle von Arbeitsoberflächen im Reinraum
Contamination Control of Cleanroom Work Surfaces
Work surfaces in the cleanroom are the most sensitive areas for contamination with NVR and particular contamination. Staff is required to frequently run cleaning activities according to protocol. However, monitoring is infrequent and often inconsistent. Ideally, measurements are taken at set intervals or set events and for every staff working on site. We show how direct measurement of particle load on the surface of cleanroom qualified workbenches can be effected before and after a wipe cleaning. Emphasis is on integration of measurement in the workflow, the effect of real-time results, and on cost. In conjunction with direct measurement we take a look at monitoring with witness plate for monitoring of controlled areas.
