The key role is to develop the most modern, technically and economically efficient design solutions of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke removal systems for industrial enterprises in the following areas: pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry,food industry.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participation in negotiations with the customer at the pre-contract stage, in the collection of initial data for designing
• Analysis of completeness and quality of initial data for the development of design solutions
• Engineering systems design in full, at all stages (concept, basic and detailed design):
  drawings, calculations, equipment selection, explanatory note
• Issuance of technical task for related engineering disciplines
• Coordination / alignment of designed systems with related disciplines
• Ensuring compliance of the developed documentation with technical task, requirements, standards, regulatory and technical documentation (local, European, GMP)
• Adaptation of project documentation to local norms and regulations
• Participation in the preparation of the budget for projected systems
• Development of technical task for subcontractors and providing them with the necessary data to perform the assigned work
• Evaluation of subcontractor proposals and participation in their selection
• Coordination and control of subcontractors' work
• Negotiating with suppliers of main and auxiliary equipment
• Approval of project documentation with supervisory Authorities
• Participation in the qualification of the constructed facility

YOUR PROFILE 

• University degree in HVAC
• Proven experience in designing HVAC systems at all stages for large industrial
  projects
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory documentation
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Professional knowledge of graphic editors (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Fluent English
• Willingness to learn and develop - new technologies, new equipment, new software
• Will be an asset: Knowledge of GMP, experience in pharmaceutical plant design
