IWT specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of high-end cGMP pharmaceutical solutions. Our production facility in Casale Litta, located just a few kilometers from Milan Malpensa International Airport, covers more than 20,000 square meters and includes manufacturing areas, R&D departments, training and testing centers, as well as dedicated showroom spaces.
Our production departments are equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting systems, orbital welding machines, and robotic technologies for stainless steel processing. The fully automated warehouse, designed in compliance with the most stringent cGMP traceability requirements, ensures comprehensive monitoring and management of products and materials. In-house advanced 3D design and simulation technologies, combined with proprietary software programming capabilities, enable IWT to fully meet user requirement specifications in terms of quality and flexibility.
Our extensive range of cleaning solutions includes cGMP parts and container washers, as well as mobile high-pressure CIP/COP cleaning systems for containers and production equipment.
Modular cGMP isolators are available for sterility testing, component preparation, and the production of advanced cell and gene therapy applications.
Decades of expertise in H₂O₂-based and alternative decontamination methods, together with decontamination chambers and airlock systems, ensure safe and efficient material transfer across physical barriers and between areas of different cleanliness classifications.
Both our isolator and decontamination solutions fully comply with cleanroom standards in accordance with the latest GMP requirements, including Annex 1.
