The general terms and conditions for visitors
Visitors with an invitation who have registered as visitors by April 19, 2024 will have the opportunity to attend the event free of charge. Due to the limited number of visitor tickets, please let us know if you are unable to attend.
Visitors without an invitation can attend the event for EURO 15 per day if they register by April 19, 2024 or EURO 100 per day if they register from April 23, 2024.
For all visitors with and without an invitation, the payment and cancellation conditions listed below apply. Please note: If you are registered and do not attend, you will be taking the place of someone who would have liked to attend. In this case, we will take the liberty of charging you a processing fee.
Terms of payment and cancellation - visitors
The invoice amount is due without deduction immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Authorization to visit is granted upon receipt of payment. There is no confirmation of receipt of payment.
Please note that cancelations are only possible within your own login area. To do this, log in with your login data under Registration/Log-In. You can cancel your booking there.
If you cancel your participation, we will charge the following processing fee:

from April 20, 2024
Visitors with an invitation card - handling fee/day: EUR 250.00
Visitors without an invitation card - handling fee/day: EUR 250.00
Visitors with reduced admission - handling fee/day: EUR 250.00
If the event has to be canceled by the organizer, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
Registration conditions
Visitor registration is handled via the "cleanroom-processes" Internet portal of INSPIRE MEDIA GmbH. When you register, you enter your preferred access data. Your first name, surname and company name will be added to a list of visitors. After confirmation, you will have access to your own login area where you can manage your visit, i.e. change or cancel visit days. You can also download all the presentation documents here. You will also find contact options, news and information on all the companies exhibiting. This gives you the opportunity to communicate before, during and after the event, enabling you to organize your visit effectively and prepare for and follow up on it.
Within your login area, you have the option of creating a profile and thus defining your status and possible communication partners. This allows you to approve whether and by whom you would like to be contacted. The communication partners you have selected will be informed of this. You can change the settings within your profile at any time. If the organizer and the operator of the "cleanroom-processes" Internet portal become aware of legal violations, they are entitled to block and/or delete the visitor's registration. Bringing and distributing
Bringing tape recorders, film, photo and video cameras is generally not permitted. Audio, photo and video recordings - even for private use - are strictly prohibited. Misuse will be prosecuted. Exceptions will be announced by the organizer.
Bringing glass containers, cans, pyrotechnic objects, flares and weapons is generally prohibited. Non-compliance will result in expulsion from the event site. There will be a security check at the entrance.
Visitors are prohibited from distributing leaflets and advertising brochures of any kind. Non-compliance will result in expulsion from the event site. In addition, the organizer is entitled to demand a contractual penalty of up to EUR 50,000, unless the visitor can prove that the organizer has suffered no damage or significantly less damage.
Admission
The right to refuse admission for good cause is reserved.
Privacy policy
By registering on the website, you provide us with the following data: Name and address of your company, name and business contact details of at least one contact person such as their department, telephone number and e-mail address. If you wish to provide us with further data, this is done on a voluntary basis. All data will be stored by us.
We use and process data stored by us in accordance with the statutory provisions primarily for the establishment, implementation and processing of our joint business relationship. This also includes the forwarding of this data to third parties and its use, insofar as this is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. This means in particular that the data may be passed on to the trade fair organizer. As part of the use of the "cleanroom-processes" Internet portal, the data will be passed on to the operator INSPIRE MEDIA GmbH.
We also process and use your data to send you information about past and future events and functions by e-mail or written newsletter. Based on our many years of experience, we know what interests you as our customers with regard to our activities. In order to provide you with an overview of our events and activities, we compile our news and information for you together with our partner companies. You will therefore receive information relating to both our activities and those of our partner companies. In addition, we may entrust the organization and implementation of our events to third parties. In this case, we will pass on your data to the organizer of the events and functions you have attended and are aware of. Of course, we only do this to the extent that it serves the above-mentioned purposes and is in your interest: We will not pass on the data to third parties for advertising purposes that do not relate to the events and functions of us or our partner companies that you are aware of.
By registering, you authorize us to collect, process and use your data for the purposes described. We are sure that the information provided to you will be of benefit to you overall. However, if you no longer wish to receive such information, you can object to this use of your data at any time with effect for the future without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. According to the Federal Data Protection Act, data subjects have a right to free information about their stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can request information about the scope of the use of your data at any time.
