
Traditional fixed conveyor systems in washing areas impose structural constraints, large footprints, and limited adaptability. This presentation introduces a fully integrated AGV-based BIN handling system designed to enable simultaneous dirty/clean flow management without fixed floor infrastructure.
By eliminating fixed conveyors, the solution improves layout flexibility, ergonomics, scalability, maintenance efficiency and room cleanability while supporting digital integration and BIN traceability. The system is already implemented and operational, demonstrating how AGVs can replace fixed mechanical pathways in pharmaceutical washing areas.
