TSI's 5000 series thermal mass flow meters are used to measure gas flows
in a variety of applications such as occupational health and safety, quality control,

Thanks to the proprietary platinum film sensor, the 5000 series flowmeter enables
measurements that require a fast response, high accuracy and a low
pressure drop. 

Depending on the model, the series combines various measurements such as mass flow,
absolute pressure, temperature, volume, differential pressure and humidity measurements in a single device. It therefore offers unique flexibility and versatility and opens up new possibilities in various application areas. 

The 52xx series models are specifically designed for low flow rates, while the 53xx series models offer solutions for applications with high flow rates.
