Commissioning often takes place quietly and behind closed doors, so that hardly anyone has an exact overview of what is actually happening there.
In order to resolve this black box-like situation, Drees & Sommer has developed various tools and measures with which commissioning can be carried out completely transparently.
Starting with the neutral selection of the building automation manufacturer that fits the respective project, we lay the foundation. This selection is made using a complex Dreso system rating developed by us.
Once the right manufacturer has been chosen, our aim for digital commissioning is to implement the customer's requirements into the construction target. In order to save time during the ongoing commissioning and the subsequent trial operation, we continuously and repeatedly check all control parameters during the early commissioning phase and then evaluate them neutrally and transparently for the customer. This is how we achieve maximum quality because we are in constant communication with the customer and the system supplier, so that together we can incorporate optimizations in these early phases.
