Alarms and messages.

At the trade fair LOUNGES 2023, we will present our new and self-developed alarm and notification system via messenger service for the first time. The new functionality in the monitoring system ProGrafNT enables the forwarding of alarms, malfunctions or other defined system messages to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets etc. The transmission of the notifications takes place via encrypted transmission of the messenger service. Users of the new functions can acknowledge and/or take note of the messages in the service itself. Details of the notification, such as room floor plans, can also be provided via web link on request and as needed.
