Alarms and messages.
At LOUNGES 2023, we will be presenting our new and self-developed alarm and reporting system via messenger service for the first time. The new functionality in the ProGrafNT monitoring system enables alarms, faults or other defined system messages to be forwarded to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc. The notifications are sent via the encrypted messenger service. Users and users of the new functions can acknowledge and/or take note of the messages in the service itself. Details of the notification, such as room layouts, can also be provided via a web link if required.
