SUPR simple
The SUPR is delivered sterilized, assembled and ready to use. The SUPR materials are fully qualified for contact with biological products according to USP Class VI plastics. Each assembly is manufactured and documented under cGMP conditions. No cleaning or sterilization validations are required as the SUPR C3 is gamma irradiated.
The SUPR holder enables easy installation with an innovative click and lock system for the motor and an intuitive hose management system.
SUPR scalable
The SUPR system is designed as a disposable alternative to conventional stainless steel tank bioreactors, both on a pilot and production scale. Starting with the AppliFlex ST, the SUPR now enables the continuation of cultivation with a proven portfolio. R&D and process optimization carried out in the AppliFlex ST can now be easily scaled up with the SUPR.
SUPR supports flexible volumes with 50 and 250 liter containers available now and a 1000 liter container coming in the future.

The SUPR is part of our comprehensive portfolio that accompanies you all the way from research to production. The design of the SUPR is based on more than five decades of experience in bioprocess technology and includes a height-adjustable impeller as well as typical Applikon design parameters such as the height-to-diameter ratio and a dished bottom.
