Cleanroom Display - Everything under control
Briem Steuerungstechnik GmbH

A graphic display in the cleanroom offers a high degree of flexibility for planners and users. The operator always has full control and can react immediately if necessary.

In order to fill formulations, defects, protocol solutions or individual injections with the required quality under sterile conditions in clean rooms, pharmaceutical manufacturers must continuously monitor and document various parameters. Even the slightest change can lead to rejection. With a graphic display, the user retains full control over all measured values that are important to him at all times. In addition, it meets the high hygienic requirements (hygienic design). But the planning of the cleanroom is also very simple: once installed, the display can be flexibly set up for each new application.

All relevant data always at a glance
In clean rooms, all work instructions are precisely regulated, every step is subject to strict quality control. Therefore, measured values such as room pressure and temperature, relative humidity or particle concentration must not exceed certain limits. A graphic display shows all data relevant to the user precisely and clearly. With a clearly visible color change (green/orange/red), border crossings can be displayed directly via the display. This means that the operator always has full control and can react immediately if necessary.
Furthermore, it is possible to visualize additional functions such as time or warnings via the graphic display/panel. Up to four measured values can be displayed simultaneously via multi-displays. Room number or device identification can also be placed.

Hygienic Design
In order to meet the special hygiene requirements in clean rooms, displays/panels should be designed in such a way that they can be installed completely flush with the wall. As a result, there are no joints, corners and edges to which particles can attach. This makes cleaning much easier. In addition, a tempered glass should be installed that is resistant to detergents and disinfectants as well as to aggressive media and fumigation.

Result
A graphic display/panel not only makes the work easier for the user, but also for the cleanroom planner. This can simply place the device in a central location - regardless of a specific application. Because the user is free to decide which measured values the display should display, it can be designed accordingly for each new application. This ensures that companies can always use their equipment to full capacity once installed.
