Storing sensitive and particularly valuable components and products in a safe and protected atmosphere: Friedrich Sailer GmbH offers its customers in the field of technical cleanrooms nitrogen storage cabinets made of stainless steel in various sizes.

The high-quality design with electropolished and brushed surface and stable, fully welded frame construction meets the highest quality standards, as do the laser-welded chamber housings for storing sensitive components in a nitrogen atmosphere (other media on request).

One pull-out drawer with telescopic runners (full extension) is used per compartment to ensure full accessibility of the drawers. The drawer runners are specially pre-cleaned to prevent contamination. The drawer insert is removable and the compartment lid can be folded down, ensuring easy access to the stored goods.

2 solid compression latches and 4 hinges per chamber lid as well as a circumferential, cleanable and replaceable seal ensure that the sensitive components are kept safe.

The sink cabinets can be moved using 4 swivel castors with brakes. Just like the pull-out rails, the stainless steel wheel housings are specially pre-cleaned to prevent residues.

The housing of the rinsing cabinet has panels that can be inspected and is fully prepared with media installation for connection to the customer's own nitrogen supply. Pressure reducer, pressure gauge and flow rate control for each chamber as well as the stainless steel piping system between the media panel and chamber housings are integrated.

In order to meet the highest cleanliness requirements, these storage and rinsing cabinets are assembled at Friedrich Sailer GmbH in a class ISO 5 cleanroom and double-packed in a cleanroom-compatible manner.
