Investments in the future market "cleanroom"
bardusch GmbH & Co. KG

Following a successful pilot phase, the international textile service provider Bardusch opened its sixth branch in Mülheim-Kärlich in mid-August, which meets the highest cleanroom requirements of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as the electronics and biotechnology sectors, for example, with its certified reprocessing processes. All qualification measures and validations in operation have been completed. The integrated hygiene concept 'RABC' in accordance with EN 14065 guarantees not only compliance with consistently high standards in the disinfecting washing process, but also the systematic control of microbiological quality. Depending on the industry and customer requirements, the certifications for reprocessing under cleanroom conditions (EN ISO 14644-1) or steam sterilization (DIN EN ISO 17665 and EN 285) are important. The requirements for particle detection on clothing (in accordance with ASTM-F51.00) are also met. Thanks to the strategy of decentralized locations, the Bardusch branches are always close to the customer and offer security of supply. In emergencies or in the event of the failure of individual plants, other locations can be called upon quickly and easily to ensure delivery capability.
