Rotronic, a Process Sensing Technology (PST) company and leading manufacturer of humidity and temperature measuring devices, introduces AwEasy, an innovative combination of Bluetooth water activity measuring head and app. The device is not only lightweight and compact, but also delivers fast and accurate measurement results - up to ten times faster than conventional devices - perfect for spot measurements of water activity in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries.

AwEasy is the first device of its kind to offer Bluetooth connectivity, enabling the storage, analysis and automatic generation of PDF reports for quality control and traceability. With its exceptional accuracy, reproducibility and stability, it sets new standards in its category.

The sturdy stainless steel and aluminum housing of the AwEasy is very compact at 65 mm high and 68 mm in diameter, has a color display (LCD) on the top and also a luminous ring display and a touch button for starting and stopping measurements (without a smartphone). Equipped with the latest humidity and temperature measurement technology, AwEasy offers an accuracy in the range of ± 0.008 Aw - i.e. significantly better than competitive devices in the same price segment.

The iOS or Android app enables simple settings and measurements. Reports can be conveniently exported as PDF or CSV files. With the "Quick Function", measurements that normally take up to 50 minutes can be completed in just 5 minutes.

In the event of connection problems, AwEasy can be used as a stand-alone device, controlled via a touch button, with data shown on the display. As soon as a smartphone is within range again, the data is automatically uploaded.
