Your visit to the Lounges Promo Tour
As a registered visitor, you can use the full range of LOUNGES.
You decide how you would like to organize your day, either as a pure exhibition visit or as a further education forum.
Important: Registration as a participant is a prerequisite for attending.
Free registration: Free registration is only possible via the Internet. You will find the option to enter your data under the heading Visitors / Registration. Please enter the registration code you received by invitation and your data. After confirming your entry, you will receive an e-mail from us. You will then have immediate access to your own area on the event website. Within your login area you will find your online confirmation and alternatively your confirmation as a pdf file to print out. Please bring this with you to the event. The online confirmation on your smartphone is also sufficient. You will receive your access card on site, which will give you access to the lounges.
Your login area: When you register, you already enter your preferred access data. After confirmation, you will have access to your own login area where you can manage your visit, i.e. change or cancel visit days. You can also download all the lecture documents here. You will also find contact options, news and information on all the companies exhibiting at the lounges. This gives you the opportunity to communicate before, during and after the event, enabling you to organize your trade fair visit effectively and prepare for and follow up on it.

Registration and admission for visitors: 30 minutes before the start of the event.
Admission for stand personnel: 60 minutes before the start of the event.

If you register by October 30, 2023 (exclusively via the Internet)
- Admission with invitation card day ticket: EURO 0,-
- Admission without invitation card day ticket: EURO 15,-
- Reduced admission day ticket: EURO 15,- (representatives of public authorities and public service employees, students)
Registration from October 30, 2023 to November 1, 2023 is not possible. 2023 is not possible.
When registering on site, from November 2 2023
- Admission with invitation card day ticket: EURO 50,-
- Admission without invitation card day ticket: EURO 100,-
- Reduced admission day ticket: EURO 50,- (representatives of public authorities and public service employees, students)
Cancellation or change of the visit date
- until October 30, 2023 Processing fees: EURO 0,-
- as of October 31, 2023
- Visitors with an invitation card Processing fee/day: EURO 250.00
- Visitors without an invitation card Processing fee/day: EURO 250.00

Registration from November 13 to 14 2023 is not possible.
