Planning services:
We support you with our extensive know-how and many years of experience in the development of your project. We offer you a wide range of planning services that cover all phases of your project – from the initial concept to the detailed implementation plan. 

Clean room ceilings:
ILKACLEAN offers all types of clean room ceiling systems. Depending on the application, walkable or non-walkable grid or panel ceiling systems are installed. 

Clean room walls:
ILKACLEANmono or ILKACLEANduo: both systems fulfil the highest requirements for all clean room areas and applications. 

Clean room windows:
Flush-fitting safety glass elements, on both sides, are manufactured and installed individually according to the project requirements. 

Clean room doors:
Aluminium frame doors that are flush on both sides and have double sealing systems meet the highest standards of tightness and hygiene. Clean room sliding doors and clean room high-speed door systems complete the range. 

Clean room lighting:
The ILKACLEAN built-in LED-lighing and/or ceiling grid integrated LED-lighting are designed for our ceiling systems and meet the high requirements in clean rooms.  

Pass boxes:
Passive or active pass boxesare individually integrated into the ILKACLEAN system during project planning. 

Lock control:
The ILKACLEAN lock control system with magnetic tumbler and optical access indicator. Access control systems, time delay, etc. can be integrated as an option. 

Floors:
ILKACLEAN stands for turnkey systems. PVC, pharma-terrazzo or epoxy floor systems complete our performance profile on request.
