As award-winning architects and consultants, CSMM – architecture matters have been developing and implementing customized and innovative concepts for working environments for 16 years. In its function as established, multidisciplinary New-Work experts, CSMM works on commissions from tenants as well as developers and owners on a national and international level.
 
The company holistically supports tenants and users of commercial real estate in the consulting and selection of the property, organizational analyses, workplace strategies, relocation and moving in as well as the sustainable redesign of working environments and change management processes.
 
With its’ international and interdisciplinary team, CSMM also supports developers, landlords and owners through planning and consulting services for all constructional and communicative processes for the conversion, expansion or new construction of commercial properties, such as location evaluation, overall architectural planning and creative marketing strategies.
 
The company makes an active contribution to research on the subject of working environments in cooperation with the Institute for Social Science Research in Munich and the Faculty of Architecture at the East Bavarian Technical University of Regensburg.
 
CSMMis a member of the expert pool of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) as well as the expert committee for 'New Ways of Working' of the Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA).
