Pharmaclean® sterility packaging includes bespoke solutions for the
autoclave process that we prepare out of different Dupont-Tyvek® qualities.  

According to the geometry of the machine parts to be sterilised, like
stopper bowls, conveyers, needle holders and filling neeldes, we engineer
appropriate packaging to pe produced in our operational GMP Grade C cleanrooms. 

This ensures a perfect fit and serves the best conditions for a successful
sterilisation process. 

We can certainly measure the machine parts in place at Your production site
and suggest the best solutions. 

Following to this, our project team prepares a feasibility study with the
scope to produce a pilot sample for a first fitting test and, after approval,
samples for validation. For this final step and upon request, we can also
provide all necessary QA documentation.
