The sterilizer type ADV is designed for sterilization using the vacuum steam process and can be used in production plants in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in research facilities and laboratories.
This method involves evacuating the air from the entire chamber using a vacuum. This enables saturated steam to get into the cavities in machine parts and porous goods and thus guarantees sterilization by direct inflow of clean steam. This can also be supported by heating the chamber jacket. Drying is carried out by additional evacuation steps (single or fractionated) before final venting with sterile filtered compressed air.
All types of our SBM sterilizers are characterized by the flexible recipe editor as well as the use of high quality standard components with global availability. Furthermore a maintenance and particle-free encapsulated door drive specifically developed for clean room applications is part of our standard equipment. With these and numerous other features, we guarantee high availability and process safety due to highest quality.
Benefits:
Innovative chamber design and robust jacket for diverse process options
Preconfigured test programs
Flexible product loading for best utilization of available volume
Automatic “in line” filter sterilization
Monitoring equipment for all media supply lines
Sterile filter with stainless steel housing in the compressed air line
It is possible to integrate the steam / air mixture process to create a combined sterilizer, which further reduces the cooling times
