Designed for indoor installation, these 62mm thick panels meet stringent EN ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Robust Construction: Two steel sheets, an aluminum frame, and thermal insulation create a highly insulated and structurally stable panel (62 mm thick).
- Customizable Finishes: Choose from stainless steel (AISI 304~V2A), painted galvanized steel (RAL 9002/9010 or custom), antibacterial, PET Colaminat, or X-ray protected surfaces. Increased fire resistance (EI20) optional (Me-panels).
- Integrated Wiring: Wiring trays can be incorporated for concealed and organized wiring within the walls.
- Media Integration: Dedicated installation panels conceal media pipes or cable bundles while maintaining a consistent panel appearance.
- Exhaust Air Integration: Exhaust air panels with grilles and duct connections minimize ventilation shaft space, maximizing room area.
- Easy Mounting: Reinforcement braces allow for secure attachment of cabinets, high-speed doors, and other equipment. Objects can also be attached 15mm from the panel edge.
- Flush Integration: Matching flush glassed-in panels (windows) and doors create a clean and cohesive design.
- Coving Options: Aluminum bottom guiding profiles can be covered with resin/PVC flooring to create a coving for fully flushed wall/floor transitions. Optional varnished aluminum radius profiles are also available.
