FläktGroup Clean Room Ceilings offer a comprehensive range of airtight solutions designed for seamless integration with our lighting and air treatment modules, including laminar airflow units, diffusers, and fan filter units. Our ceilings prioritize minimal particle release, ease of installation, cleaning, and sanitation, and resistance to disinfectants. Joints are sealed with permanently elastic sealant for optimal airtightness.

• LS Light Ceiling (Clip-in): Lightweight and cost-effective, the LS ceiling features a flat surface for easy cleaning and can withstand overpressure up to 50 Pa. Modules are available in 600x600, 625x625, and 675x675mm sizes. The double-layer clip-in grid system simplifies installation.
• KS Cassette Ceiling (Grid): Designed for higher cleanroom classifications, the rigid KS ceiling can handle both over and under pressure. The visible grid, made of KSL profiles, adds structural strength. Modules are available in 690x1380 and 690x690mm sizes.
• KSH Alucore Ceiling (Grid): Walkable and robust, the KSH ceiling, with its aluminum honeycomb (Alucore) cassettes, can support loads up to 150 kg/m². Modules are available in 1280x690 and 655x690mm sizes.
• RS Panel Ceiling (Sandwich Panels): Also walkable and capable of supporting 150 kg/m², the RS ceiling utilizes sandwich panels in custom sizes up to 1200x4000mm. It's ideal for cleanroom construction and maintenance access.
