A FILTER TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT

Humans are the largest source of particles in the cleanroom. Depending on movement, the human body emits between 100,000 and ten million particles per minute. Our cleanroom garments meet the requirements and offer maximum comfort when working in cleanrooms and other controlled environments, such as when painting vehicles

THE FRISTADS “TUNNEL SEAM”

Our tunnel seam (bound seam) is a further development of the conventional tunnel seam. This seam is more impermeable because the seam acts like a hood. It is more robust because double rows of stitches go through all six layers of fabric. It is safer because the carbon filaments woven into the hem do not lose their conductivity even after repeated washes and permanently prevent electrostatic charging

WHY WE ONLY USE SYNTHETIC FIBERS

Workwear for cleanrooms must not release particles or fibers. Cotton and other natural materials are spun from fibers that are only one centimeter long and come loose easily. They are therefore unsuitable. Clothing for cleanrooms is made of synthetic fibers: Polyester filaments, i.e. continuous filaments.
