PHARMALINE N

Description
PHARMALINE N is the further development of the PHARMALINE product range. This hose complies with DIN EN 16643 type SC for hoses with a smooth PTFE liner on the inside.

PHARMALINE N is supplied with a platinum-catalysed white silicone coating extruded onto a stainless steel braid (1.4401). In addition, a stainless steel spiral made of 1.4401 is embedded in the shaft valleys from 3/4’.

Use
PHARMALINE N is preferably used in sterile pharmaceutical, biotechnical, food and chemical applications where easy internal and external cleaning is important.
For use in the pharmaceutical industry, extensive tests were carried out on a representative batch in accordance with USP and DIN EN ISO 10993-1. 

Features
• Pressure/temperature: the pressure values given in the table refer to +150 °C. The pressure values are reduced at higher temperatures.
• Maximum operating temperature: -70 °C to +200 °C
• All nominal sizes are suitable for 0.9 bar vacuum up to +150 °C.
