Pharmaflo Heat Exchanger is realized to meet the pharmaceutical industry need/request of high hygienic measures. Pharmaflo Heat Exchanger consists of small diameter corrugated tubes inside an external shell with tube plates on both ends. This solution remove the possibility of any contamination between sterile product and service fluid. The product to be thermally processed flows inside the small diameter tubes while service fluid flows inside the external shell.
The use of corrugated pipes ensures a highly efficient heat exchange on the smallest possible area. A compensator mounted on the mantle side prevents thermal tension. Alternatively available with smooth tube on request.

Thanks to the dead space-free construction, it can be cleaned without leaving any residue using CIP / SIP. On request including reducers and insulation. Installation horizontally or vertically. Additional connections for e.g. emptying can be implemented. Includes comprehensive quality documentation.

Application range: Particularly suited for thermal exchange process of pharmaceutical fluids having a low or medium viscosity as for example WFI, point of use cooling, WFI heating, condensation, etc.
