Common Reporting Tool Software

For situations where reporting and post-study analysis are best performed away from the validation area, the Kaye Common Reporting Tool provides added flexibility. Installed on a separate PC, the software opens study files generated by both Kaye ValProbe RT and Kaye Validator AVS systems, allowing users to review, analyze, and finalize validation reports with greater convenience and efficiency.

System Architecture

The ValProbe RT wireless thermal validation system consists of the following core components:

Wireless Data Loggers

A comprehensive portfolio of wireless data loggers designed for precise,
in-situ measurement of critical process parameters, including temperature,
pressure, and humidity. Operating across a wide range from -80°C to 140°C,
these loggers maintain accuracy even in demanding and hard-to-access
environments.

Base Station

The Base Station ensures stable and continuous real-time communication with
each wireless data logger. Advanced RF technologies, including antenna
diversity, provide strong signal integrity and reliable data transmission
throughout the validation study.

Validation Console

A dedicated Validation Console running Windows 10 LTSC, preloaded with ValProbe RT® software. This controlled environment enhances system security while minimizing software validation effort. The intuitive interface supports the
full validation lifecycle, including setup, qualification, logger verification,
reporting, and secure data storage and backup. All workflows are designed to
align with 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and cybersecurity requirements.
