
This further training for the qualification of auditors, including GDP and GMP auditors, is a recognized standard. This proof of qualification is required for auditors in the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical logistics, active ingredient and medical device industries. The holistic training consists of three modules. All modules can also be booked individually.
In the three-day module, you will receive the basic training to become an auditing expert. The focus here is on the organization of audits in the system, the planning and execution of individual audits and the special features of audit discussions. You will learn valuable tips for managing difficult audit situations.
In this two-day module, you will develop the necessary tools to conduct audits safely. The focus is on evaluating findings, preparing the audit report and final discussions. You will learn how to de-escalate conflicts in the audit.
In this module, which also has a two-day duration, you will gain the basic knowledge to audit IT systems, rooms, technology and devices even as a non-specialist. To structure your audit planning, you will work out the factors for risk-based qualification of suppliers. You will learn the basics of auditing typical suppliers and receive assistance in preparing for an audit in a third country.
Upon completion of all three modules, you will receive the Lead Auditor certificate. Supplemented by your practical experience, you will be able to audit suppliers and carry out self-inspections on your own responsibility.
