Centrifugal pump with open impeller in block design for use in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as well as in water treatment and chemical applications. The parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 1.4404 and 1.4409 (AISI 316L & CF-3M).
All surfaces in contact with the medium are refined mechanically and by means of electro-polishing. Surface roughness up to Ra 0.5 µm. Pump with separately mounted shaft for smooth running and use of a standard motor. Maximum flow rates up to 560m3/h, maximum flow height up to 105m. Thanks to the hydraulically optimized housing inlet with very low NPSHr values.

The centrifugal pumps of the "CSA" series are approved according to the European specifications of the EHEDG and the American standards 3A and are essentially suitable for use in the food industry and pharmaceutical processing processes, which are regulated by hygiene standards. They are variants of the "CS" series with a special surface treatment with an average roughness of 0.8 microns.
