Problem-solving
The first step is to assess the current situation and define objectives. What facilities are available? What is their condition? Where are the systems located on the company premises? etc. Factors such as future energy strategies, potential expansion of operations, and improved reliability play a role in the customer’s objectives. The NETZER GROUP begins the planning process by analyzing all this information from various perspectives.
Implementation
A preliminary concept for the project is developed, including a phased plan and a rough cost estimate. Project planning then begins with the detailed system design and the issuance of a neutral request for proposals to the system manufacturers who supply the prefabricated, turnkey modules. This is followed by commissioning, final inspection, handover, customer training, and project completion. The plant is now up and running.
Support within the company
From the start of the project and the implementation phase through to system operation—the NETZER GROUP is a trusted partner. After commissioning, the first year is dedicated to continuous system optimization. To this end, the NETZER GROUP collects operational data, which is analyzed using functional analysis. Based on this analysis, optimization proposals are developed and continuously reviewed by the NETZER GROUP.
