What does "Active Training 4.0" mean?
● An existing system is "virtualized" with the help of 360 degree cameras and can then be "walked on" using a PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone or VR glasses.
● In this virtual plant, information from the operational documentation as well as basic process engineering operations and the "ideal operation mode" of the plant are stored as interactions.
● All essential and necessary information for optimal and safe operation and maintenance is placed at the points in the plant where it is relevant.
● Interactive exercises and optional learning success controls support the transfer into practice and ensure that the information is anchored in the long-term memory (sustainability).

In terms of content, Active Training 4.0 comprises the explanation and presentation of information from operational documentation, in addition to basic process-related operations and the "ideal mode of operation" for the equipment. Exercises relating to the "ideal mode of operation" and to deviations from the "ideal mode of operation" are used both within the modules and outside them using Wireless Active Training. These exercises support transfer in practice and guarantee anchoring in the long-term memory (retention).
Increasing the employees' knowledge quota and capacity to act has the following aims:
