If the steam needs to be not just clean, but pure, there is hardly any way around a pure steam generator. Especially in sensitive areas such as sterilisation or disinfection, where impurities in dissolved or gaseous form are unacceptable, filtered steam does not meet the requirements. 

With our new pure steam generators, steam can now also be generated electrically. This is particularly useful when surplus electricity from sustainable sources is available, production is to be organised more flexibly or CO2 savings are to be achieved. 

The output range of this new generation of pure steam generators extends from 300-1,200 kg of saturated steam per hour and can be generated and utilised with an overpressure of between 1 and 6 bar. Pre-assembled on a frame, the compact unit is supplied ready for connection, making it easy to install on site.

Regardless of whether the steam generated is required in a hospital or in pharmaceutical production, we supply the right pure steam generator for your application with the appropriate certification (e.g. DIN EN 285, or others on request) - including a degasser dome on request. 

The output is flexibly adapted to the respective requirements. Even evaporation of the feed water over the entire surface ensures optimum heat transfer. Cross-contamination by conventional heating media is ruled out.The short tube bundles also ensure easy maintenance.
