The hygienic rotary lobe pump C was developed from a successful preexisting range of OMAC pumps and enables easy and quick service thanks to the innovative design of the front loading seals. The pump is characterised by mechanical ring seals that can be exchanged from the front and simple adjustment of the axial gap dimensions.

Designed to attain the highest hygienic standard, the „C“ lobe pumps are as easily fully washable as to enable hot water consumption and reduce the use of chemical products for their washing. All wetted parts are made of stianless steel 1.4404 or 1.4435 (AISI 316L) as option. The materials used, surface finishing and all the characteristics of the design have enabled to get the EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) and 3A Sanitary Standard certification.

Available in 9 sizes with a maximum flow rate of 145m3/h. The rotors had been designed to achieve the best efficiency, smooth flow and gentle pumping action.
