The testo 190 data loggers for pressure and temperature have been specially developed for use in the pharmaceutical industry and are CFR-certified. Thanks to the measuring ranges for temperature from -50 to +140 °C and pressure from 1 mbar to 4 bar and the extensive range of accessories, they are ideal for sterilization, freeze-drying, cleaning and disinfection
The system consists of robust, durable and reliable CFR data loggers in four temperature and one pressure version; a multifunctional case which, in addition to storage and safe transportation, is also used for programming and reading out the loggers; and the unique testo 190 CFR software, which enables complete, audit-relevant documentation with just one mouse click.
When developing the 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software, special attention was paid to intuitive operation. The user is guided safely through the qualification process step by step and warned at critical points. The software is therefore suitable for both experts and beginners.
Up to 8 data loggers simultaneously, which can measure time or temperature-controlled, are programmed via a connection cable between the multifunctional case and laptop/computer using the CFR software and are also read out again after the measuring process. As part of the data analysis, the calculations for the holding phases are automatically generated and compared with the defined acceptance criteria. The software also enables the image documentation to be created quickly and easily. And best of all: the entire documentation does not have to be laboriously compiled, but can be easily created with just one click of the mouse.
