• Leakage PRO: This compact and lightweight unit provides versatile testing for beta containers ranging from 105mm to 460mm. It offers swift measurements tailored to object volume, enabling extensive testing capabilities. The integrity of containers can be tested before and after a product cycle or between separate processes like autoclaving. Its single software interface allows management of multiple devices simultaneously, streamlining workflows. An optional barcode scanner simplifies operation. The software meets 21CFR Part 11 requirements, ensuring data integrity. Leakage PRO enables comprehensive testing of the entire volume, including all seals. For PE Containers, an exclusive Remotedisc expands its functionality. It seamlessly integrates with MES systems for efficient data management.
• Technical Data: Testing method: pressure-drop; Test pressure: -20000 Pa to +20000 Pa; Testable Containers: 105-460 (PE and 316L).
• Trolley: The castus Trolley features height adjustability via a hand wheel, allowing adaptation to the alpha Port's height. The beta Transfer Container 316L is placed on a holder and secured by a retaining bracket, with peek elements preventing scratches. The Trolley facilitates arranging the beta Transfer Container in the alpha Port's notch for 60-degree rotation docking, with a stopper ensuring correct positioning. It can be adapted to the interfering contours of the isolator and optionally equipped with a holder for the inner lid of the beta Transfer Container. The castus trolley is fully autoclavable (optional) and if needed it can be pushed together with the container into the autoclave.
• Mobilift: An electrically powered handling device, the castus Mobilift loads up to 60 kg. It includes freewheeling function and central brake as standard safety features and can be customized to fit specific customer requirements.
