The automated environmental monitoring system testo Saveris 1 provides you with comprehensive support in complying with internationally valid quality standards. The core function of the system is the seamless recording and documentation of environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity for all types of applications (e.g. room climate, refrigerators, freezers, etc.). The complete solution uses three key components to achieve this: Hardware/sensor technology, software and services.

Base station

The testo Saveris Base manages up to 1,000 data loggers and provides evaluation and alarms in the event of limit value violations. An integrated LED and various alarm transmitters enable visual, acoustic, SMS and email alarms. An emergency battery backs up data in the event of a power failure. The system uses Ethernet, WLAN and testo UltraRange wireless technology for long range in closed rooms.

Data logger

The data loggers are versatile and can be equipped with suitable communication modules as required: WLAN, LAN or radio. The testo UltraRange radio technology guarantees a strong signal over long distances, even without comprehensive WLAN coverage. Thanks to the modular principle, users can individually select communication and data logger modules as well as sensors and easily adapt or mix hardware components

Digital and analog probes

The testo Saveris hardware includes a comprehensive portfolio of digital and analog probes for precise measurements. Digital probes can be replaced in seconds during operation without having to remove the data logger, which avoids measurement gaps and additional documentation work. Measured variables that are not covered by the Testo portfolio can be integrated via an analog coupler.

testo Saveris software

The testo Saveris software seamlessly combines all measurement data, enabling visualization, analysis and automatic reporting. Flexible alarm management and an audit trail for tracing user activities are integrated. Depending on the version, the software offers electronic signature and access rights on three user levels. The testo Saveris Cockpit enables web-based data access from various end devices, with alarm notifications and location localization via smartphone, tablet or PC at any location.
