APSW-Siliconschlauch

Description
All APSW silicone hose versions from AdvantaPure® are particularly high-quality, platinum-cured 70 Shore silicone hoses (quality NI 202) with four embedded polyester fabric inserts and a stainless steel (SS 316) spring steel helix.
The APSW has a smooth, wound transparent silicone cover and the APSW-PC has a corrugated cover. The silicone liners are manufactured in a certified ISO class 7 (C) clean room. The combination of polyester fabric inserts and stainless steel helix ensures high pressure and vacuum resistance. The hoses comply with DIN EN 16821:2017-10.

Chemical ressistance
Platinum-cured silicone hoses are generally characterised by high chemical resistance, including resistance to UV radiation and ozone. A detailed chemical resistance list can be found in the download area.

The APSW silicone tubing is suitable for autoclaving, gamma radiation sterilisation and CIP cleaning. However, continuous use of steam accelerates the natural ageing process of the silicone material. Further technical information on this subject can be found on our homepage.

Label
For the APSW silicone hose line, there is the option of additional labelling on the hose. A combination of two colour banderoles and a label with a maximum of 5 lines of text is possible.

This is protected by a transparent silicone coating that is vulcanised directly onto the silicone cover.

Colour banderoles are available in: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, brown, black, grey and white.

Attention:
The APSW product range is not suitable for use as implant material.

Hose assembly
All sizes of APSW silicone hoses are available in lengths of up to 3.65 metres and can be fitted with special stainless steel compression fittings on request.

The fittings are generally made from the material 1.4404/1.4435 with a polished surface finish Ra < 0.8 μm. Other materials and a surface finish of up to Ra < 0.2 μm polished are also available on request. All hose lines are subjected to a pressure test with water (1.5 times the operating pressure).

This tubing is usually assembled with tri-clamp connections in accordance with DIN 32676. Other sterile connections, e.g. conical connectors, threaded connectors to DIN 11851, aseptic tube fittings and aseptic clamp connections to DIN 11864, as well as all other common connection configurations from sterile technology are also available.
