To complete our team, we are looking for a Service Technician (f/m/d) for the location in Wiesbaden (Germany).

Your Responsibilities

As a competent contact person, you will offer our life science customers, starting from our location in Wiesebaden, from concept development to handover and subsequently as a maintenance and service partner, quality and professionalism in the handling of all work processes. An essential aspect of your work is the field of measurement and service technology.

Objectives/Job Description

• Support and advice to customers in all technical issues in the areas of measurement technology, commissioning and adjustment of systems
• Pre-cleaning as well as various assembly activities in the course of commissioning measurements
• Electrical and ventilation measurements as well as electrical and pneumatic installation work
• Preparation of analyses of measurement and video protocols
• Creation of measurement point plans, protocols and qualification documents
• Implementation and creation of purity classifications
• Analysis and elimination of faults
• Carrying out functional tests during maintenance

Your Profile / Professional Requirements

• For this responsible task, we expect a solution- and customer-oriented personality with an analytical grasp and a structured way of working.
• Completed technical training as an electrician, electrical engineer or mechatronics technician with professional experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, experience in troubleshooting and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service manners
• Flexible working and adherence to deadlines
• Very high willingness to travel / Germany and neighboring countries (80% traveling)
