To complete our team, we are looking for a Service Technician (f/m/d) for our location in Wiesbaden (Germany).

Your tasks

As a competent contact person, you will offer our life science customers, starting from our location in Wiesebaden, from concept development to handover and subsequently as a maintenance and service partner, quality and professionalism in the handling of all work processes. An essential aspect of your work is the area of measurement and service technology.

Objectives/Activity description

  • Supporting and advising customers on all technical issues in the areas of measurement technology, commissioning and adjustment of systems
  • Pre-cleaning and various assembly activities in the course of commissioning measurements
  • Electrical and ventilation measurements as well as electrical and pneumatic installation work
  • Creation of analyses of measurement and video protocols
  • Creation of measuring point plans, protocols and qualification documents
  • Implementation and creation of purity classifications
  • Analysis and rectification of faults
  • Carrying out functional tests during maintenance

Your profile / professional requirements

For this responsible position, we expect a solution- and customer-oriented personality with an analytical mindset and a structured way of working.

  • Completed technical training as an electrician, electrical engineer or mechatronics engineer with professional experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, experience in troubleshooting and fault finding
  • Excellent manners in customer service
  • Flexible working and adherence to deadlines
  • Very high willingness to travel / Germany and neighboring countries (80% travel)
