The SCHMIDT® thermal flow sensor SS 20.715 is the robust solution for extremely challenging cleanroom applications. Product changes in pharmaceutical filling systems or simply internal requirements force operators of clean rooms and systems in clean areas to clean them regularly. If aggressive media are used or intensive cleaning is required due to significant or very stubborn contamination, the new SS 20.715 laminar flow sensor with double pin sensor head made of stainless steel is the first choice.

The double pin sensor was designed precisely to meet the aforementioned requirements and is ideally suited for demanding applications thanks to the sensor elements being completely encapsulated in stainless steel. In addition to the flow velocity, the SS 20.715 also measures the medium temperature up to +60 °C.

Thanks to the cleanroom-compatible SCHMIDT® quick mounting system, the SS 20.715 can be replaced with an existing sensor without any additional effort and installed with the usual ease.
