The IsoAir® Pro-Plus remote particle counter from Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) combines the latest cleanroom monitoring technologies in one instrument to customize cleanroom control. This new product meets the particle and analog environmental monitoring needs of the high-tech and pharmaceutical industries, where flexible connectivity, instrument durability and world-class service and support are valuable.
This feature-rich, small footprint particle counter offers the user flexible installation options for power, Wi-Fi, analog and digital I/O functions. The 316L stainless steel external housing is liquid resistant with IP65 and NEMA 4X ratings to protect the device during cleaning operations and in harsh environments. The IsoAir Pro-Plus measures particulate contamination in up to 8 channels from 0.3 to 25 µm and is resistant to vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP). The integrated HEPA-filtered blower reduces the need for external connections and supporting equipment. Together with the IsoAir Pro-E, this product completes the IsoAir Pro product line.

After initial installation, the plug-and-play connectivity of the IsoAir Pro-Plus can be easily integrated into third-party PMS or facility monitoring and compatible data management software systems. In addition, the quick-change bracket stores important sensor data such as the IP address at the time of measurement, reducing the time and complexity of installing the device after calibration or maintenance.
