Remote particle sensors AeroTrak® Plus from TSI

TSI's particle counters, which are distributed in Germany by DEHA Haan & Wittmer GmbH, have been standard measuring devices in industry and research worldwide for many years.
New to the portfolio are the AeroTrak® Plus remote particle counters, which replace the previous series.
Thanks to their reliable laser technology, the sensors ensure professional and first-class reliability in cleanrooms with a long service life.
The new remote particle sensors are available with or without their own vacuum supply and measure up to 6 particle sizes simultaneously at a flow rate of 2.83 l/min or 28.3 l/min.
Power is supplied via Ethernet (PoE) or via an external power supply unit.
Various interfaces such as Ethernet (TCP/IP) Modbus RTU or the optional 4 - 20 mA analog output enable fast data transmission and simplify integration with many software programs such as the FMS, which can be used for monitoring.
A data buffer of 250.000 measured values and data storage of up to 6 months enable accurate process monitoring, logging and backup of measured values without first-class reliability in cleanroom data loss or interruption.
The compact and easy-to-clean stainless steel housing in a new design is ideal for use under pharmaceutical conditions. The sealed inlet prevents accidental ingress of cleaning solutions into the housing.
The latest FMS monitoring software enables automatic sensor detection and thus simpler and faster integration into the monitoring system as well as the reduction of losses through early warning with the 1 second alarm.
All new models have flow monitoring.
The devices comply with the requirements of ISO 21501-4.
