Cleanroom display - everything in view, everything under control
Briem Steuerungstechnik GmbH

A graphic display offers high flexibility for planners and users in the cleanroom. The operator always has full control and can react immediately if necessary.
In order to fill formulations, defectives, protocol solutions or individual injections in cleanrooms with the required quality under sterile conditions, pharmaceutical producers must continuously monitor and document various parameters. Even the smallest change can lead to rejects. With a graphic display, the user retains full control of all important measured values at all times. It also meets the high hygienic requirements (hygienic design). Planning the cleanroom is also very simple: once installed, the display can be flexibly set up for each new application.

All relevant data always in view
In cleanrooms, all work instructions are precisely regulated and every step is subject to strict quality control. For this reason, measured values such as room pressure and temperature, relative humidity or particle concentration must not exceed certain limits. A graphic display shows all the data relevant to the user precisely and clearly. With a clearly visible color change (green/orange/red), limit violations can be indicated directly on the display. This means that the operator always has full control and can react immediately if necessary.

It is also possible to visualize additional functions such as the time or warnings via the graphic display/panel. Up to four measured values can be displayed simultaneously via multi-displays. Room numbers or device identification can also be placed.

Hygienic design
In order to comply with the special hygiene regulations in cleanrooms, displays/panels should be designed so that they can be installed completely flush with the wall. This means that there are no joints, corners or edges where particles can stick. This makes cleaning much easier. In addition, tempered glass that is resistant to cleaning agents and disinfectants as well as aggressive media and gassing should be installed.

Conclusion
A graphic display/panel not only makes work easier for the user, but also for the cleanroom planner. They can simply place the device in a central location - regardless of a specific application. Because the user is free to decide which measured values the display should show, it can be configured accordingly for each new application. This ensures that companies can always make full use of the equipment once it has been installed.

BRIEM supplies panels/displays specially developed for the cleanroom. You can choose between clean display panels and combination panels with integrated measuring device.
