Managing Director Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christoph Kaup recently honored ten employees celebrating work anniversaries at Howatherm Klimatechnik. Leading the way is Gerd Märker from Birkenfeld, who has been with the company for an impressive 50 years without interruption. Service technician Frank Schülter from Berglangenbach, with 45 years of service, and Martin Lerch from Ellweiler, head of the heat exchanger production department, with 40 years of service, also look back on exceptionally long periods of service. All three started their careers at Howatherm with an apprenticeship as a maintenance mechanic.

Electrician and trained construction mechanic Mario Kremp from Börfink has been part of the team for 35 years. Service technician and trained construction mechanic Stefan Schöpfer from Ellweiler and electrician Alexander Werbach have been with the company for 25 years.

Four employees who have been with Howatherm for 30 years have also made an important contribution to the company's success:

- Sonja Herbach, technical system planner

- Michael Klein, software developer and trained technical draftsman

- Holger Schröck, sales manager for Luxembourg and trained supply engineer

- Michael Recktenwald, project manager and technician

The management and colleagues congratulated all the jubilarians and thanked them for their many years of commitment, competence, and loyalty.
