The introduction of AR glasses (augmented reality data glasses).
Especially in the case of service abroad, this tool is a great help to intervene quickly and especially cost-saving in case of operational difficulties. Long and cost-intensive trips can thus be prevented and service personnel can efficiently deal with customer issues in a timely manner.
The AR data glasses are sold directly with the pharmaceutical water system as a service module in the sales process. The trained operator personnel on the customer side can directly contact a technician in the event of a malfunction and exchange targeted data and images.
The entire field service team of EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems GmbH also uses the AR glasses, which are also already used for preventive maintenance, among other things, so that malfunctions do not occur in the first place. Even the smallest details can be discussed together with the service back-office team on site. The advantages are obvious: in the event of technical questions, the service technician contacts the back office via video transmission using hardware specially designed for this purpose. Technical questions can be clarified quickly from a distance, and contextual information reaches the service technician promptly thanks to real-time visualization.
Together with companies of the EnviroWATER Group, the AR glasses are being expanded in a cross-group concept as a supporting element in the service area.
