EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems has decided to take a further digital step towards manifesting a precise and efficient customer service:

The introduction of AR glasses (augmented reality data glasses).

This tool is a great help, especially when servicing abroad, as it enables quick and particularly cost-saving intervention in the event of operational problems. Long and cost-intensive trips can be avoided and service personnel can deal with customer issues efficiently and promptly.

The AR data glasses are sold directly with the pharmaceutical water system as a service module during the sales process. Trained operating personnel on the customer side can contact a technician directly in the event of a malfunction and exchange specific data and images.

The entire field service team at EnviroFALK PharmaWaterSystems GmbH also uses the AR glasses, which are also used for preventive maintenance to avoid malfunctions in the first place. Even the smallest details can be discussed with the service back-office team on site. The advantages are obvious: in the event of technical questions, the service technician contacts the back office via video transmission using specially designed hardware. Technical questions can be clarified quickly from a distance and real-time visualization means that context-related information reaches the service technician promptly.

Together with companies from the EnviroWATER Group, the AR glasses are being expanded as a key element in the service sector as part of a cross-group concept.
