Our services – precision through competence

Precise calibration in our own calibration service center flow

In atmospheric environment

general: from wN = 0.1 m/s to wN = 60 m/s

accredited (1) (DAkkS): from wR = 0.1 m/s to wR = 40 m/s (2)

In the closed pressure reference channel from wN = 1 m/s to wN = 220 m/s

Measurement of downdrafts for laminar flow sensors

Factory calibration of in-line volume flow sensors

Standard and optional high-precision adjustment (adjustment of the measuring range and the accuracy class, e.g. 3 % or 1 % class [depending on type])

Calibration certificate (DAkkS-accredited calibration(1); only atmospheric for wR = 0.1 m/s to wR = 40 m/s (2)) or factory calibration certificate (for all previously mentioned measuring ranges) – traceability to national and international standards

All wind tunnels are regularly calibrated using a laser double anemometer (LDA)

Delivery of calibrators for checking the measuring sections on site

Service package for clean room sensors

Incoming goods inspection with initial calibration (as found)

Creation of a calibration certificate (DAkkS-accredited calibration) (1) or factory calibration certificate

Inspection and, if necessary, cleaning of the sensor element

Professional and appropriate storage

Insurance and goods management

On-time adjustment and initial calibration with calibration certificate (DAkkS-accredited calibration) (1) or factory calibration certificate (as left)
