With a practice-oriented train-the-trainer seminar, comprei strengthens the professional presentation skills of its learning facilitators and lecturers – an important contribution to continuous quality development.
As part of its ongoing quality development, comprei organized and delivered a high-quality train-the-trainer seminar titled “Present and Inform with Personal Impact.”
The training was aimed at internal learning facilitators and long-standing external lecturers – the valuable partners who support comprei in delivering knowledge. The goal was to further develop personal impact, authenticity, and communication strength in training practice.
In addition to in‑depth input on presentation techniques and personal impact, participants were able to reflect on their own strengths and areas for development. Through video analyses, individual performances became visible and could be improved directly.
Interactive reflection sessions also focused on handling objections and challenging training situations. This resulted in practical solution approaches that provide lecturers with valuable strategies for their daily training work.
Fun was not neglected either: The seminar day, held in the inspiring atmosphere of Schloss Hernstein, strengthened team spirit and created a noticeable bond between internal and external trainers. By the end of the day, it was clear that this sense of togetherness forms a strong foundation for ensuring that future learners feel even more comfortable and can fully concentrate on their training content.
A 3‑minute video captures the impressions of the day – a vivid testament to enthusiasm, joy in learning, and a shared ambition to deliver knowledge at the highest level.
The train-the-trainer seminar is part of comprei’s comprehensive quality concept. Its foundation is the certification according to ISO 21001, the international management standard for learning service providers. It ensures that learning processes, organizational structures, and quality management at comprei are designed systematically, transparently, and according to recognized standards.
In addition, comprei is certified according to ISO 29993 – the standard for learning services outside formal education institutions. This confirms that comprei understands learning as a clearly structured, results-oriented, and sustainable process.
