A monitoring system for cleanrooms or other sensitive rooms and devices provides continuous 24/7 measurement data (particle concentrations, pressure, temperature, humidity, etc.) and event data (warnings, alarms, acknowledgements, fault messages, etc.).
It is often a good idea and also desirable for this monitoring data to be handled completely "autonomously". This is referred to as an "isolated solution". However, it often makes sense to make this quality-relevant data available for other systems.

The holistic monitoring system from BRIEM offers many options for passing on data.

Either at hardware level using ModBus, Profinet, BACNet, OPC (UA) or optocouplers (0-10V or 4-20mA). Or at software level (measurement data, audit trail data or entire reports). Here are some examples that we have already implemented:

- Approval process of a deviation via existing DMS
Transfer of all deviation information to DMS, approval with electronic
signature then takes place collectively in the DMS

- Use of measurement data for other systems for quality documentation
Transfer of the relevant data to the previously defined Historian system (Acron)

- Processing of measurement and event data for production control
Transfer of the relevant data to the MES system.

Recently, these requirements have increased enormously in the course of global digitalization. The main focus of these interfaces is to optimize the customer's processes as much as possible (optimal use of existing data), to simplify them (no time-consuming multiple systems) and to automate them (as few manual processes as possible).
The requirements are different for every project and every process.
