Invoicing
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The prices listed are exclusive of VAT.
Early Bird Offer:
- We are pleased to offer a discount of 1,000 euros off the regular booth rates
- Offer terms: Booking and proof of payment must be received by April 24, 2026, at the latest
- Exhibition space for 2027 is reserved for exhibitors at LOUNGES 2026 until that time
What happens if payment is not made by April 24, 2026:
- The invoice with the early-bird discount will be canceled on April 25, 2026
- On April 25, 2026, a credit memo will be issued for the invoice that was sent
- On April 25, 2026, an invoice will be issued without the early-bird discount
- Payment terms: Payment due by May 5, 2026
- The exhibition space will remain reserved for booked booths until that time
What happens if payment is not made by May 5, 2026:
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and allocate the exhibition space to another party if payment is not received within the specified and agreed-upon timeframe
What happens to exhibition booths that have not been booked by LOUNGES 2026 exhibitors by April 24, 2026:
- The booth, which had been reserved until then, is now available for general sale
