Employee training is a requirement under GMP regulations in the context of cleanrooms – but does it actually have a real impact?
In this presentation, we will examine how companies can design learning programs in such a way that knowledge is not only imparted, but skills are developed and actually used in everyday work.
The first part of the presentation discusses modern learning architectures such as micro learning and case-based learning – and the measurable effects they achieve in practice. In the second part, we look at how these methods can be implemented in a regulatory-compliant manner. In the second part, we look at how these methods can be implemented in a regulatory-compliant manner. EU GMP, FDA, and other regulatory bodies require not only training but also proof of competence. The presentation shows how this can be achieved in an audit-proof manner.
Who should attend? Anyone who aims to make GMP training more effective, suitable for everyday use, and fully compliant at the same time.
