VDI EE 2083 4.3 Dry Cleanrooms – Expert Recommendation
Lecture will be recorded!

Lecture will be recorded!
Special case: dry room as a controlled process environment
Such dry cleanrooms are necessary because the moisture in the air is critical (the contaminant), for example in the production of lithium batteries, semiconductor manufacturing, or with other hygroscopic materials.
The planning, construction, installation, and operation of dry rooms with extremely low relative humidity (low dew point temperatures) require a special approach.
Material selection and structural measures.
Application and adaptation of existing concepts from cleanroom technology, taking into account energy efficiency and safety.
